Welcome to Vinurudha Coaching. By enrolling in our offline classes, online e-learning platform, or test series, you agree to abide by the following rules and regulations designed to maintain discipline, academic integrity, and a productive learning environment.

1. Dress Code (Offline Classroom)

• Boys must wear formal shirt and trousers.
• Girls must wear salwar suits.
• Students must maintain decorum and represent the institute respectfully.

2. Identity Card

• Students must wear their valid Vinurudha ID card at all times on campus or while representing the institute.
• ID cards must be shown upon request by any staff member.

3. Attendance Policy

• Minimum 90% attendance is mandatory for all theory and practical classes.
• Students failing to meet attendance requirements will not be eligible for exams or syllabus-related complaints.
• Absence beyond one day without prior written permission will incur a penalty.
• Absence exceeding 10 consecutive class days without written notice may result in cancellation of admission.

4. E-Learning Platform Usage

• Login credentials are confidential and must not be shared.
• Students must not attempt to copy, distribute, or misuse digital content.
• Any misuse of the platform may lead to suspension or termination of access.

5. Test Series Guidelines

• Students must attempt tests honestly and without external assistance.
• Cheating or manipulation of scores will result in disqualification.
• Test results may be used for academic analysis and promotional purposes.

6. Mobile Phone Policy

• Mobile phones are strictly prohibited inside classrooms.
• Violation will result in a fine payable to the class monitor or management.

7. Media Consent

• Photos and videos taken during classes, events, or results may be used for promotional or informational purposes.
• Students and parents cannot claim compensation or object to such usage.

8. Subject Selection

• Subjects cannot be changed or removed after admission.
• To add a new subject, students must submit a formal application for approval.

9. Disciplinary Action

• The institute reserves the right to reject admission or expel students for violating rules.
• No fees will be refunded in case of expulsion.
• All decisions made by the institute are final and binding.

10. Student Declaration

I hereby declare that I will make my best effort to follow all rules and regulations of Vinurudha Coaching in a respectful and responsible manner. If I violate any rule, I accept the consequences and will abide by the decisions taken by the institute.
